Breastfeeding and bringing baby home.

 

I have created an online Breastfeeding workshop based on the hundreds of home visits I have made. In my experience I understand that getting off to a good start with breastfeeding is critical in the early days. Upon your  discharge from hospital you may need support from family and friends.

Included in the workshop is the opportunity to invite a grandparent or friend to attend with you.

Having people around who are aware the challenges of breastfeeding in the first weeks will really help everyone stay calm with a hungry baby. Thereby, giving support that can help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

I will also demonstrate how to bathe, swaddle and care for your baby including safe sleep. 

 

I will share all my experience of calming and soothing a crying and windy baby. A postnatal zoom or home visit to support and check mum and baby are happy can be included in the workshop package.
